This April’s regional dinner will feature quintessential Italy as we explore Emilia-Romagna.

The kings of Italian food: Prosciutto di Parma, Parmigiano-Reggianno, and Bolognese are all products of this amazing region!

We'll pair these rich, full-flavored foods with representations of the region's renowned sparkling wines, a little regional rosé, and of course Sangiovese.
