On Tuesday, January 26th we will be celebrating Piedmont by highlighting 5 wines from the region and pairing them with Chef Brian's specially crafted Piedmontese inspired menu. Known classically for its eggy pastas, rich sauces, and lush pastureland, the region offers the most decadent style of Italian cuisine. Chef's menu will highlight both the classical and progressive aspects. With truffles.
Blanchard’s wine director John Paul Kaminga joins us to share his enthusiasm for Piedmontese wines, and Ideal Wine's Steven Chevalier will be along to curate the pairings.
